• Recommended delivery date is 1 to 2 days before your event. If your event is Saturday suggested delivery date is Thursday or Friday.
• Leis are available year round*
• This package features an assortment of single strung leis. You may receive a mix of solid color, bicolor and tricolor single strung leis.
• Leis are made with Dendrobium Orchids. Certain colors are tinted. Tinted colors usually do not rub off onto clothing. However, natural colors such as purple/Bombay may bleed and stain, especially when wet.
• Single strung Leis are strung in a head-to-foot manner, with the string passing through the center of the bloom and all blooms facing in the same direction.
• Delux strung Leis are strung in a butterfly pattern, with all petals laying flat against one another, creating a wider and thicker lei with more flowers.
• Braided ti-leaf Lei is a popular replacement for the native Hawaiian Maile leaf that grows on the Hawaiian mountain sides and is illegal to export off the island.
• Average Lei length is 20 inches, with the exception of the braided leaf Lei that has an average length of 40 inches.
• Broad tropical leaves may be included for free with your leis.
• Expected vase life is an average of 5 days. 
• Since flowers are a product of Mother Nature and due to variation in monitor resolutions, the exact color tones of this flower may vary to some degree.
• Package contents and prices are based on availability and are subject to change due to weather and market conditions.
• Your flowers will arrive looking thirsty and sleepy. This is absolutely NORMAL. Please refer to our Flower Care tab on this product page for a descriptive process on care and handling instructions.

*In the event that a substitution may be necessary to make certain that your Leis are delivered on time, we take the utmost care in assuring that your order is as similar to your original Lei choice as possible. While we will always try to inform under these circumstances, Lei substitutions may be shipped without verbal confirmation from you. 

Fresh bulk Hawaiian Lei flowers are shipped directly from our partner farms. Simply follow the steps below to keep your Leis fresh.

1. Upon arrival, please open the box and inspect the leis. 
2. If you are going to be using the Leis in the next 48 to 72 hours, put them back in the box and store them in a cool dry place. There is no need to store them in the refrigerator, but if you choose to do so, please remove all fruits and vegetables first, as they emit gases that may damage the flowers. Our Leis will last over 72 hours without refrigeration. 
3. Remove from package and wear as desired.

• FiftyFlowers uses FedEx for priority overnight delivery service. All deliveries should arrive by 5pm on your chosen delivery date and your flowers will most likely be delivered before 10:30am. Delivery time depends on service available to your address. Please contact FedEx and ask them the guaranteed delivery time for your specific delivery zip code. 
• Deliveries are available Tuesday through Friday. 
• The day before your selected delivery date, you will receive an automatically generated tracking number, which you can use to track your package online at www.FedEx.com. You can also obtain your tracking number by signing into your FiftyFlowers' online account.
• In order to ensure proper flower delivery, FedEx will require signature at the time of delivery. Please arrange to have somebody home to ensure proper delivery. In the event that somebody will not be available at the delivery address please leave a note in an obvious place indicating that it is okay to leave your flower package releasing all responsibility and include your name and signature.  If you miss your delivery, please contact FedEx at 1.800-GO-FEDEX directly with your tracking number to reschedule delivery. 
• Each order must have a valid and working telephone number. FedEx will not accept any orders without a working telephone number. 
• Please review your shipping address carefully. If you provide the wrong shipping address, we are not responsible for any problems that may result. Any shipping redirects or changes will incur a $20 fee and changes may not be feasible as the delivery date approaches, especially once the shipping tracking number has been assigned. 
• FiftyFlowers.com is not responsible for packages that are received before or after the specified delivery date, are lost, stolen or damaged once in the hands of the carrier. In the event that there is a delay with your package, please contact FedEx directly.
• If your tracking number starts with a "D" your package has been shipped with Ontrac. You can track your package online at: www.ontrac.com or call them directly at 1-800-334-5000 in the event you need to reschedule your delivery.
• Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska will be charged an additional $45 per box surcharge. 
• Shipments to Canada will be assigned a 30% surcharge to cover import duties, processing and filing these import duties on our client’s behalf as well as out of country shipping fees.
• We can arrange shipments to Puerto Rico. Please send an email to [email protected] with the complete shipping address and flower order. Within 24 hours, one of our customer service representatives will confirm your total order price.
