• This package features braided ti-leaf, a popular replacement for the native Hawaiian Maile leaf that grows on the Hawaiian mountain sides, and is illegal to export off the island.
• Average lei length is 20 inches, with the exception of the braided leaf lei that has an average length of 40 inches. 
• Leis are shipped fresh directly from our Hawaiian or Thailand partner farms. 
• Dendrobium Orchid colors may be tinted. Tinted colors usually do not rub off onto clothing. However, natural colors such as purple/Bombay may bleed and stain, especially when wet. 
• Hawaiian style leis feature greens and nuts. Thailand style leis feature Dendrobium Orchids. 
• Single strung leis are strung in a head-to-foot manner, with the string passing through the center of the bloom and all blooms facing in the same direction. 
• Delux strung leis are strung in a butterfly pattern, with all petals laying flat against one another, creating a wider and thicker lei with more flowers.

Fresh bulk Lei flowers are shipped directly from our Hawaiian or Thailand partner farms. Simply follow the steps below to keep your Leis fresh. 

1. Upon arrival, please open the box and inspect the leis. 
2. If you are going to be using the leis in the next 48 to 72 hours, put them back in the box and store them in a cool dry place. There is no need to store them in the refrigerator, but if you choose to do so, please remove all fruits and vegetables first, as they emit gases that may damage the flowers. Our leis will last over 72 hours without refrigeration. 
3. Remove from package and wear as desired.

For your Wedding or Special Event, we recommend that you arrange to have your Hawaiian Leis delivered 1 to 2 days before the actual event. For a Saturday wedding your flowers should be delivered on the Thursday or Friday before the wedding. 

• FiftyFlowers uses FedEx for overnight delivery service. All deliveries should arrive by 5pm on your chosen delivery date and your flowers will most likely be delivered before 10:30am. Delivery time depends on service available to your address. Please contact FedEx and ask them the guaranteed delivery time for the specified delivery zip code. 
• Deliveries are available Tuesday through Friday.
• The day before your selected delivery date, you will receive an automatically generated tracking number which you can use to track your package online at FedEx.com.
• In order to ensure proper flower delivery, FedEx might require signature at time of delivery. Please arrange to have somebody home to ensure proper delivery. If you miss your delivery, please contact FedEx at 1.800-GO-FEDEX directly with your tracking number to reschedule delivery. 
• Each order must have a valid and working telephone number. FedEx will not accept any orders without a working telephone number. 
• Please review your shipping address carefully. If you provide the wrong shipping address, we are not responsible for any problems that may result. Any shipping redirects or changes will incur a $10 fee and changes may not be feasible as the delivery date approaches, especially once the shipping tracking number has been assigned. 
• FiftyFlowers.com is not responsible for packages that are received before or after the specified delivery date, are lost, stolen or damaged once in the hands of the carrier. In the event that there is a delay with your package, please contact FedEx directly. 
• Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and Canada will be charged an extra $45 per box surcharge. 
• We can arrange shipments to Puerto Rico. Please send an email to weddings@fiftyflowers.com with the complete shipping address and flower order. Within 24 hours, one of our customer service representatives will confirm your total order price.
