• Recommended delivery date is 2 to 3 days before your event. If your event is Saturday suggested delivery date is Wednesday or Thursday.
• Veronica is available year round.
• A single stem may have a spray of 1 to 3 flowers, with one bloom much larger than the others. This is the primary flower. We guarantee 1 bloom per stem.
  
• Veronica flowers are shipped with 10 stems per bunch and are bundled together by a rubber band.
  
• Average bloom size is 2.5 to 4 inches in length.
  
• Average stem length is a minimum of 20 inches.
  
• Expected vase life is an average minimum of 5 days.
• It is normal for the Veronica to shed upon arrival.
  
• The Veronica bloom has a natural droop. Even when fully hydrated, the bloom may have a slight bend, like a foxtail.
  
• Since flowers are a product of Mother Nature and due to variation in monitor resolutions, the exact color tones of this flower may vary to some degree.
• Package contents and prices are based on availability and are subject to change due to weather and market conditions.
• Your flowers will arrive looking thirsty and sleepy. This is absolutely NORMAL. Please refer to our Flower Care tab on this product page for a descriptive process on care and handling instructions.

Veronica flowers are shipped directly from our farms with no water tubes. Before shipping your flowers, we prepare them for their journey with proper hydration methods. If your flowers appear sleepy and thirsty after their journey, or if they have shedded and continue to shed, it is absolutely NORMAL. Just follow these simple steps and your flowers will bloom delightfully.

1. Remove flowers from box by cutting any straps and also remove all paper and plastic packaging covering the stems of the flowers. 
2. Fill containers with at least 4 inches of fresh, cool water. 
3. Cut stems diagonally approximately a half an inch from bottom under running water with sharp scissors or knife. 
4. Immediately after cutting, place the stems in the prepared water. 
5. Allow flowers at least 4 hours to hydrate well. The Veronica bloom has a natural droop. Even when fully hydrated, the bloom may have a slight bend, like a foxtail. 
6. Keep flowers away from direct sunlight, drafts or excessive heat. 
7. To keep your flowers fresh, be sure to change the water every 12 to 24 hours. Assure that your flowers have sufficient water. Veronica flowers will drink an exceptionally large amount of water upon arrival.

It is normal for the Veronica to shed upon arrival. 

For your Wedding or Special Event, we recommend that you arrange to have your Veronica flowers delivered 2 to 3 days before the actual event. For a Saturday wedding your flowers should be delivered on the Wednesday or Thursday before the wedding.

• FiftyFlowers uses FedEx for overnight delivery service. All deliveries should arrive by 5pm on your chosen delivery date and your flowers will most likely be delivered before 10:30am. Delivery time depends on service available to your address. Please contact FedEx and ask them the guaranteed delivery time for the specified delivery zip code. 
• Deliveries are available Tuesday through Friday. 
• The day before your selected delivery date, you will receive an automatically generated tracking number which you can use to track your package online at www.FedEx.com. 
• In order to ensure proper flower delivery, FedEx might require signature at time of delivery. Please arrange to have somebody home to ensure proper delivery. If you miss your delivery, please contact FedEx at 1.800-GO-FEDEX directly with your tracking number to reschedule delivery. 
• Each order must have a valid and working telephone number. FedEx will not accept any orders without a working telephone number. 
• Please review your shipping address carefully. If you provide the wrong shipping address, we are not responsible for any problems that may result. Any shipping redirects or changes will incur a $10 fee and changes may not be feasible as the delivery date approaches, especially once the shipping tracking number has been assigned. 
• FiftyFlowers.com is not responsible for packages that are received before or after the specified delivery date, are lost, stolen or damaged once in the hands of the carrier. In the event that there is a delay with your package, please contact FedEx directly. 
• Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and Canada will be charged an extra $45 per box surcharge. 
• We can arrange shipments to Puerto Rico. Please send an email to weddings@fiftyflowers.com with the complete shipping address and flower order. Within 24 hours, one of our customer service representatives will confirm your total order price.
