Cascading Bouquet Inspiration

As you may have noticed if you popped by our Supplies section, we’ve added a whole bunch of new products in there including Oasis foam Bouquet Holders, which are THE go-to product if you want to create a cascading bouquet! So in light of this, I decided to do a little round up of some of my favorite cascading bouquets that I’ve come across recently. Some of them seem to have used Bouquet Holders (how else would you get an upside down Garden Rose?) while others have employed the help of naturally cascading products like Hanging Amaranthus, Clematis vines, or Star Asparagus greenery. Scroll on to get inspired!

This bouquet really nailed both the height component–by way of some Veronicaand the cascading component with some long strands of Clematis. Pair that with some rich burgundy Peonies and you have one fabulous autumn bouquet!

This one seems to have used a Bouquet Holder (check out the topsy-turvy David Austin Garden Roses!) plus some dangling strands of Variegated Pittosporum. Pastel perfection!

Eucalyptus is also a mainstay to accomplish a cascading look. This particular look was created by a FiftyFlowers bride, who used a few different varieties from our Eucalyptus Wedding DIY Pack. Check out her full Flower Story (with more photos and product ratings) below!

The full dome shape of Roses and Freesia leads me to believe that this bouquet was made around a foam holder as well. The cascading shape is nicely filled out with some hanging Wedding Ivy and Italian Ruscus.

Another FiftyFlowers success story! The sage green of her mixed Eucalyptus paired so nicely with her array of brightly colored Peonies and Garden Roses. The bouquet was handmade by the bride’s mother–so sweet! Check out her full Flower Story below.

This bridal blush bouquet (tongue twister!) is given extra cascading volume and texture by way of some Jasmine Vine and whimsical, untamed stems of Tulips and Sweet Peas!

I’m really a sucker for a mostly green bouquet, both for the lush look and the budget friendly nature of it! This bride’s use of lots of different sized leafy greens makes this arrangement extra exciting in my book.

This bouquet is basically the textbook definition of “kaleidoscopic.” Magenta, lavender, peach, orange, yellow, and blue play off of each other in perfect harmony! The pale green Hanging Amaranthus is the perfect accent to such a show-stopping bouquet.

A pitch perfect take on the ever-popular burgundy and blush wedding palette, and the incorporation of juicy little blackberries is such an inspired choice as a filler “flower.” A few strands of upside down Red Astilbe stuck into the foam of her Bouquet Holder rounds out the cascading shape perfectly.
