Our flowers are sourced directly from our partner farms to you which minimizes human contact.
During this time of uncertainty, FiftyFlowers will continue to work with customers that have faced unforeseen event changes or disruptions. Our goal as a company is to continue to provide outstanding customer service and quality products delivered on time to you for your event. All of our customers have access to their accounts through our website. As a reminder, customers can reach us through email, text, live chat, and or phone.

FiftyFlowers Internal Process for CoronaVirus (COVID-19)
The situation regarding the CoronaVirus (COVID-19) both domestically and abroad has forced us as an organization to take a look at the response measures that FiftyFlowers can take to ensure employee safety as well as avoiding supply interruptions.
Our employees are at the forefront of this issue. Upper management has taken measures to best protect our teams from any infections due to the virus. What measures have we taken?
- Cancellation of non-essential travel
- If symptoms surface, face to face meetings will be suspended
- Hand sanitizer is readily available throughout the office to reduce the spread of germs
- Kitchen equipment is sanitized daily
- Community areas including conference rooms, restrooms, kitchen areas and common areas will be cleaned after each work day
In the event that an employee is found to be infected with the virus, action will be taken.
- Employees team members will be immediately notified
- Area that employee worked in will be quarantined and sanitized
- Employee will not return to work for a minimum of 14 days and medically cleared
We have ensured that key employees are set up with ability to work remotely if necessary. FiftyFlowers has the flexibility to move product requirements to different farms, growing regions or countries to minimize issues as it relates to fulfilling orders.
As we cannot foresee every challenge that we may face, we feel the company is set up in a way
to give our partner base and customers confidence that supply interruption will be minimal or nonexistent.
As a company we are aware that flowers give joy, reduce stress and have the power to make connections.
