My new husband, Liam and I got married on our horse farm on a very hot and very windy day in August! We were on a tight budget after having spent the entire summer prepping our land and yard to be able to host the wedding. We had initially purchased the land as a canola field and over the last few years had established several horse paddocks and eventually built a home.
After doing a lot of searching on the internet, I found exactly the kind of flowers I wanted for my wedding. My bridesmaids each wore a different pale color of dress and I was trying to go for a very soft, pale, elegant color scheme. I ended up buying a couple of flowers from a local shop to do a practice arrangement for my centerpieces. I had so many compliments!! My sister and I put together 19 centerpieces for the tables and 2 taller centerpieces for my dad's memorial table. My mother in law put together the flowers for the cake and arranged the remaining flowers on the arbor we got married under. I can't believe how beautiful they looked and the fact that I made them myself. My only regret is not buying more and doing the bouquets myself!! THANK YOU FIFTYFLOWERS!!
