I recently submitted a question via the chat service, but it was off line at the time. Therefore I didn\'t expect any further contact unless I initiated it. I was amazed that not only did I receive a prompt email answering my question, but also a PHONE CALL from a real live PERSON answering my question. I was already sold on FiftyFlowers before, only much more now!!
