Great Customer Service!

I had a great experience working with FiftyFlowers.com. My flowers all arrived on the Thursday before the wedding. They were all individually wrapped and packaged. Unfortunately, some of the Dahlia Cremons were very browned. I called customer service right away. They had me take pictures of the flowers and text them to their customer service rep and eventually had a another box of flowers there the next morning. They had one customer service rep who dealt with my situation and kept in contact with me until the new box was delivered. I was very impressed!
