Great Customer Service!

I arrange flowers for friends as a hobby and had ordered a shipment of chocolate cosmos to arrive two days before the wedding to allow for processing. I panicked a little when they didn\'t arrive on the scheduled day, but I immediately called customer service to see what could be done. It turns out that FedEx had lost track of the order, but Fifty Flowers sent another shipment for the next day free of charge. The story doesn\'t end there though. The next day in the morning I received the new shipment of cosmos and later in the day the order that FedEx had lost. Fifty flowers was nice enough to let me keep those also, and both orders were packaged perfectly and in pristine condition. The arrangements
turned out beautifully and I am very satisfied with the way customer service handled a potentially stressful situation. What great people! Would highly recommend to new users.
