We met in a bar in 2011 and the rest is history! We got married in Providence, RI on a sweltering August day in 2018. My bridesmaids and I assembled all the flowers ourselves. None of us had ever done it before, but it we quickly got the swing of things and everything came together pretty quickly. We created bouquets for my 6 bridesmaids and myself, as well as boutonnières for the groomsmen. We also put together dozens of bud vases that we used as church decor and table decorations. For the most part, the flowers arrived in great shape. The only issue we had was that the ranunculus were already in full bloom when they came several days before the wedding and were too wilted to use (with the exception of 3 or 4 that we were able to salvage for some bud vases). Fifty Flowers quickly sent us lisianthus as an alternative at no cost. Overall, it was a great experience that I would happily repeat. My favorite flowers by far were the garden roses. So beautiful!
