Velvet Blooms is a boutique floral design company managed by Rachel Burch and based out of Ventura County. We specialize in weddings and special events and have worked with a variety of collaborators such as East Olivia Creative, PoppyHill Flowers, Events By Fran, Jane Alexandra Events, and CMG Wedding & Events to name a few.
