Before Delivery: Cancellations &. Changes
If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to our Support Team as soon as possible.
Act Fast for Full Refund: Cancel within 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund (minus the processing fee).
Plan Ahead for More Options: Cancellation more than 7 business days before your delivery date to choose between:
A refund, minus a 25% cancellation fee & processing fee.
A full in-store credit, with no expiration (minus the processing fee).
Last-Minute Changes: We understand that last-minute changes happen, but cancellations within 7 business days of your scheduled delivery date can't be accepted due to the advanced stage of order preparation.
Rush Orders: Rush orders are super speedy and, once accepted, can't be canceled or refunded due to their expedited nature.

- Contact Us Within 24 Hours: Reach out to our Support Team immediately after delivery if you notice a problem.
- Share Photos of Your Flowers: You will need to submit clear pictures of the blooms and packaging so our Flower Experts can assess the issue.
- We’ll Investigate and Resolve: Our team will review your claim, evaluate the situation, and work with you to find the best solution. Whether it’s replacing the flowers, providing care tips, or issuing a refund, we’ll make it right.
Keep in mind that some flowers may just need a little extra time to bloom and shine. Our Flower Experts are always happy to guide you through the proper care to ensure your blooms thrive.

Processing Fee Explained
All orders include a non-refundable processing fee, which covers administrative costs and payment processing. This fee is retained in the event of a refund or cancellation.
- If you cancel within 24 hours: You’ll receive a full refund excluding the processing fee.
- After 24 hours, if you cancel or your order is eligible for a refund or claim: Any eligible amount will be refunded minus the processing fee, which is not reimbursed.
