• Flowers are shipped in 5 stem bunches which are bundled together by a rubber band and placed in a clear plastic sleeve. 
• Each stem has one flower.
• Average stem length is 90cm/35 inches. 
• Flowers are imported from our Ecuadorian partner flower farms or shipped from our Californian partner flower farms
• Average Calla Lily head size is 3.5 to 8 inches. 
• Due to variation in monitor resolutions, the exact colors of this calla lily may vary to some degree.

Your Calla Lilies are shipped directly from our Ecuadorian or Californian partner farms. Before shipping your flowers, we prepare them for their journey with proper hydration methods. If your flowers appear sleepy and thirsty after their journey, it is absolutely NORMAL. Just follow these simple steps (included on the flower care instruction card with your shipment) and your flowers will bloom delightfully. 

1. Open the box and make sure your flowers look good. Remember, it is normal if they appear a bit sleepy and thirsty.
2. Remove flowers from box by cutting any straps and also remove all paper and plastic packaging. 
3. Fill your vase with fresh, cool water to the desired level. 
4. Cut stems diagonally approximately a half an inch from the stem's bottom edge. Do so under running water with sharp scissors or knife. Callas tend to split and curl up on the ends, so be careful not to snip off too much. 
5. Immediately after cutting, place the stems in the prepared vase and arrange accordingly. 
6. Keep flowers away from direct sunlight, drafts or excessive heat. 
7. Every day, be sure to re-cut the stems repeating the steps above to maximize the life and beauty of your flowers. 

Please note that Calla Lilies retain sufficient water in their stems for long amounts of time. However, if they are left in bacteria contaminated water, starting from the bottom of the stem, the flower stem will become mushy. Just be sure to change the water daily if preparing to use this flower for an arrangement.

For your Wedding or Special Event, we recommend that you arrange to have your Standard Calla Lily flowers delivered 2 to 3 days before the actual event. For a Saturday wedding your flowers should be delivered on the Wednesday or Thursday before the wedding. 

• FiftyFlowers uses FedEx for overnight delivery service. All deliveries should arrive by 5pm on your chosen delivery date and your flowers will most likely be delivered before 10:30am. Delivery time depends on service available to your address. Please contact FedEx and ask them the guaranteed delivery time for the specified delivery zip code. 
• Deliveries are available Tuesday through Friday. 
• The day before your selected delivery date, you will receive an automatically generated tracking number which you can use to track your package online at www.FedEx.com. 
• In order to ensure proper flower delivery, FedEx might require signature at time of delivery. Please arrange to have somebody home to ensure proper delivery. If you miss your delivery, please contact FedEx at 1.800-GO-FEDEX directly with your tracking number to reschedule delivery. 
• Each order must have a valid and working telephone number. FedEx will not accept any orders without a working telephone number. 
• Please review your shipping address carefully. If you provide the wrong shipping address, we are not responsible for any problems that may result. Any shipping redirects or changes will incur a $10 fee and changes may not be feasible as the delivery date approaches, especially once the shipping tracking number has been assigned. 
• FiftyFlowers.com is not responsible for packages that are received before or after the specified delivery date, are lost, stolen or damaged once in the hands of the carrier. In the event that there is a delay with your package, please contact FedEx directly. 
• Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and Canada will be charged an extra $45 per box surcharge. 
• We can arrange shipments to Puerto Rico. Please send an email to weddings@fiftyflowers.com with the complete shipping address and flower order. Within 24 hours, one of our customer service representatives will confirm your total order price.
