I am a florist, and cousin to the bride! I was nervous to be using an online source to order flowers so far from home to fix a last minute problem with ordering from a local vendor. what can I say...The fifty flowers team was INCREDIBLE. From the moment I placed my order, to the moment I opened the box they were there with me checking in along the way. There was an error along the way from the shipping company, the flowers were delayed and we needed to drive 6 1/2 hours with a refrigerated trailer full of flowers so it was a huge issue for us. The fifty flowers team was on top of it, they sent replacement boxes overnight the moment they found out that there was even the slightest possibility of a delay with no charge. They really do mean it when they say that they want everything to turn out perfect! I am SO impressed with the customer service that was so wonderful! Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart!
