Dreaming from a young age of a beautiful, worshipful, summer wedding filled with flowers, June 23rd will always day filled with beauty and joy as my husband, Charlie, and I were married. While that Sunday was the day we had all be waiting for, a day to publically proclaim our love, blend two families and begin our marriage covenant, all of the festivities, planning, dreaming and scheming came long before. From first finding our flowers on Fifty Flowers, to then ordering, receiving and creating floral pieces to help us celebrate this special day, the whole process was filled with excitement, joy, fun and dancing as our hearts (and kitchen and hallways) burst with blooms. Despite temporarily losing power, extreme South Carolina summer heat and a delay in an order, we had a GREAT Fifty Flower experience and received so many compliments on our flowers. As both true floral enthusiasts, my mom and I celebrated this whole process and while I had beautiful flowers on that wonderful Sunday, we shared the joy over these blooms for many days both before and after. Creating our floral pieces for our wedding was such a wonderful decision and I wouldn't trade our memories for the world!
